SZ-L series conical twin-screw extruder gearbox is a special mechanical drive device designed to match with conical twin- screw extruder. The machine adopts vertical split structure design, the motor can be installed under the distribution box, and the space utilization is more reasonable. The gear goes through the process of carburizing quenching heat hardening and gear grinding to achieve the precision of grade 6. Tooth hardness reach to HRC 54-62. The distribution box is Spheroidal graphite cast iron. The bevel gear is carburized using the material of 20CrMnTi, and the gear hobbing is numerically controlled. The precision of its cone angle is much higher than that of other machining methods. All oil seals are imported. Cooling coils are installed in transmission box and distribution box for lubricating oil cooling.
Because of the gear accuracy of the product, the bearing configuration has new improvements compared with the traditional products, so its overall performance index is better than the existing product
