The single screw pump belongs to the rotor type positive displacement pump, which relies on the meshing between the rotor and stator to produce volume changes to achieve the purpose of conveying media. It is a closed screw pump with internal engagement, and its main working parts are composed of a stator with double head spiral cavity and a single head rotor engaged with it in the stator cavity. When the transmission shaft drives the rotor to rotate eccentrically around the stator center through the universal joint, the stator rotor pair is continuously engaged to form a seal chamber. These seal chambers move axially at a constant speed with the single screw pump, conveying the transmission medium from the suction end to the press out end through the stator rotor pair. The medium in the suction sealed chamber flows through the stator without being stirred or damaged.
